Known to many customers as "Bernie," Brian got his start at VLS in 2002 as Production Specialist and, in 2006, transferred to Product Sales, where he gave advice on choosing the right products and came up with solutions to their lighting challenges. Brian was promoted to Outside Sales in 2010, where he works with end users for new projects and renovations in the Northern and Central Ohio region.
Greg Shick has been involved in the execution of hundreds of theatrical lighting, and lighting control projects, over the last 25 years. Some of the many notable projects include Severance Hall, EJ Thomas Performing Arts Center, Playhouse Square and numerous schools and churches throughout the region. After 20 years with Vincent Lighting Systems Greg started Bright Focus Sales, a specialty lighting and lighting control company in 2004. Here, he works in Specification Sales to represent Vincent Lighting Systems, among other companies, which allows him to give greater focus and attention to these projects.
Lance joined Vincent Lighting Systems in 2001 as Project Manager. He has extensive experience in both the theatrical and audio-visual industries. In 2007, Lance was promoted to Project Department Manager, where he oversees all operational activities for this section.
Robert achieved a BFA in Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Toledo, and an MFA in Lighting Design from the Unviersity of Arizona. He gained over 10 years of experience as a lighting designer, master electrician and teacher. Robert joined Vincent Lighting Systems as Project Manager in July 2007.
Born and raised in New York, Terri has made Pittsburgh her home for over three decades; she also has been involved in the lighting industry for the same amount of time. Coincidentally, her first job in the lighting industry was working with Paul Vincent, VLS's President. A VLS employee since 2010, Terri specializes in application and specification of lighting control systems for theatrical, television, religious and architectural projects. She has worked closely with architects, engineers, developers, contractors and end users.
For over two decades, Walt has served Vincent Lighting Systems as Rental Manager, in Field Service, Product and Project Sales. It is this wealth of experience that promoted him to Vice President of Sales and Service in 2007.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Adam joined Vincent Lighting Systems in October 2007, after having spent 11 years at King's Island, where he was a jack of all trades. From running sound and lights for the character show to being technical supervisor, Adam also created lighting designs for Haunt, the park's Halloween event. Outside of work, Adam volunteers his time with two local high school theatre programs, building scenery and doing whatever else is needed.
Trevor has been with Vincent Lighting Systems since August 2006. Previously, he was a customer of our through King's Island, as well as a number of other organizations in and around Cincinnati. In addition to his organizational skills, his insight to see things from the customers' perspective make him a valuable addition to our team.
Some of you may remember Paul Arcuri from our Rental department. Sure enough, he was there for three years as Production Specialist, where he worked tirelessly exceeding customers' expectations in the world of special events. Paul returned to Vincent Lighting Systems in December 2007 and now focuses his attention to detail within the Project Department, pulling together bid drawings, bill of materials and riser diagrams.
Drew brings extensive experience to this role. His background includes years in the architectural lighting and electrical design arena, as well as specification sales. He has far-ranging talents in project management, load calculations, AutoCad and sales in the retail, commercial, education and theatrical industries. In addition, Drew spent seven years teaching AutoCad and Architectural Lighting Design at the university level. He has made presentations at United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) conferences and is a member of the Illumination Engineering Society (IES) and the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP™).
